Where is my order?

  • Check your email for status updates.
  • Check the the tracking number provided to you via email.
  • If you have an account, you can track all of the orders purchased by your account on the account screen.

An item I want is out of stock, when will it be back?

  • We will do our best to give estimates about when an item will be back in stock on the product page itself.
  • But if you have a question about a particular item and you don't see an estimate, please email contact@djspacedaddy.com

Can I exchange items for a different size?

  • We currently don't offer this option. All of our products are made on-demand, so we don't have additional stock lying around that can easily be switched out; an entirely new copy of the item will have to be made, which means additional cost.
  • However, at some point in the future, we hope to offer this option!

What is the return policy?

  • Check out the return policy here.
  • In general, we offer a 14 day window to return items.
  • Any misprints/damaged/malformed items will be replaced at no charge to you.

What is the shipping policy?

  • Check out the shipping policy here.
  • In general, all of our items are made print-on-demand, and Space Daddy staff does not handle the production or fulfillment of orders.
  • We try to provide as up-to-date estimates as possible on production and shipping times, but we do not have direct control over order fulfillment.
  • However, at some point in the future, we hope to have our own fulfillment center!
